A pair of characters inspired by Alexandre Chaudret's concept for the Alypse race for Shattered : The RPG tabletop game. The setting is a post-apocalyptic wasteland set in a world where dark fantasy and science fiction blends to create something interesting and new. 

 

I was drawn to these characters not only because of their unique design, but because they presented the challenge of combining many different materials into a single piece, as well as the additional challenge of creating a pair of characters in the same amount of time I have typically had in the past for one single character. I wanted to push myself in terms of both technique and speed while maintaining quality to improve myself and more readily prepare for turn-around time for character modleing in the game and visual effects industries.
